Woke around 0800. Had planned to breakfast at Starbucks opposite the hotel, but walked over there to discover they are doing drive through only, so made do with a mug of tea in my room. Checked out and went through the drive through to get a coffee and a sausage bap. Finished inspections in Bury St Edmunds before lunchtime, then headed northward to Thetford, and from there to my final port of call in a village just north of Huntingdon. Stopped at Cambridge Services for a very late lunch on the drive back to London. Got home around 1645. The weather wasn't good....a lot of rain and spray on the M11. We had mushroom and asparagus pie for dinner, which I'd picked up in Waitrose in Bury St Edmunds. Aki working at the computer most of the evening. Watched a bit of telly before bath and bed.
