Aki up early to get herself ready to head off to the Rowing Club. I got up around 0830 and started work at the computer. Worked through till lunchtime, by which time Aki was back. A very unwelcome recurrence of my constipation problem this afternoon, so couldn't get much work done. Aki had a zoom Christmas party with her JCUK bunch. Had a simple dinner of pasta with the pizzaiola sauce I'd made last week. Watched "Idiot Prayer", the solo concert Nick Cave recorded during lockdown and was streamed as a home cinema release, but was shown by the Beeb last night. The grief for the loss of his teenage son runs through the whole thing, making it a very moving experience, and all filmed in a very atmospheric Alexandra Palace.
