Woke around 0730. Got up and settled myself in front of the computer for the day. Aki prepared a noodle soup for lunch, utilising the leftovers from the other night's mushroom and tofu rendang, and baked cod with a tomato and olive sauce for dinner, which she partnered with some tasty lentils. Aki had an evening zoom session with the Japanese lot, so I used the spare time to prepare some pici dough to put in the fridge for the night, and also made the budino di cioccalatto to stick in the fridge prior to welcoming our guests on Sunday evening. It's all go 'ere!
