Aki up early to prepare to get to Camden Town for a works meeting. She brought me a mug of tea. Got up and porridged at the computer. Aki cycled off up the Camden Road. I slung a packed lunch together and headed for Chingford, and from thence to South Woodford, stopping off at Waitrose to get some odds and ends. Took the North Circular to Ilford, and then on to Barking. Headed for Charlton, and had my lunch in the car in the M&S car park there, before heading east to Thamesmead. Finally back west to Elephant & Castle and the rather grim 19th Century blocks of flats named the Dover Buildings, abutting the A2. Had to park up at Tesco, and walk back, as the parking spot I used a couple of years ago is now residents permit parking only! Drove home in the gloaming. Got in around 1830. Aki had cooked a bean and chorizo stew for dinner. Watched a bit of telly before early bath and bed...
