Slow start. Got up and made tea, and read in bed for a bit before getting up and cooking breakfast. Headed off to Finsbury Park to catch a tube train to Piccadilly Circus. Wandered down to St James's Palace and Pall Mall, where we met Tokiko outside the ICA. Watched Japanese movie "The Zen Diary"...almost a full house. Very enjoyable, gentle movie following the seasons and the produce the earth renders up to those who work the soil. An enjoyable way to spend Sunday afternoon. We walked up to Piccadilly and had coffee and cake in the cafe at the Royal Academy before saying goodbye to Tokiko, and heading for Piccadilly Circus tube station. Got home around 1800. Cooked a haddock stew, with tomatoes and spelt, for dinner. Watched a bit of telly before bath and bed...
