Woke at 0730. Got up at 0745 to open the gate in anticipation of a Royal mail delivery. Made tea, and sat at the computer and worked for an hour or so before porridging. Went for a brisk walk around the block, making my way down to Holloway Road tube station before turning back, and popping in at Waitrose to buy a couple of things for the larder. Managed a bit more work at the computer before breaking for lunch...warmed up the parsnip soup. Read a little "Twist" before getting back in front of the computer. Broke at 1730. Aki warmed up a chicken and black bean stew for dinner, which we ate with freekah and vegetables. Watched "Better Call Saul", and an episode of "Kim's Convenience" before bath and bed...
